Sales Tax
All purchases by Texas
residents are subject to a sales tax of 6.75% on the retail cost (less
shipping and handling) of each item.
Shipping &
Handling
All orders are shipped UPS; a physical street address is required.
Posted shipping rates include an additional charge for packaging and
shipping materials.
Order Processing
In stock books are typically
shipped within 1-3 days of your order. Out of stock titles will
normally ship within 7-10 days. Please note that a delay in shipment
may occasionally occur if you place an order during holiday seasons
or a time when Tosh is away from the office on a photo assignment.
Every effort will be made to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

Refunds & Returns
Signed books (Tosh's signature only) can be returned for a full refund within 14
days of your receipt, as long as they are in pristine condition. Any books
with smudges, tears, creases, spine damage, or crushed corners will not be
accepted for refund. Personalized books can not be returned.
