Louisiana took a hard blow from Katrina, but the marshes,
bays, and fishing have since rebounded nicely. For two days
in March '07 we paddled the skinny waters around Grand Isle
and found a thriving population of redfish that didn't seem
to care about fly color, size, or presentation. See the full
